顯眼黑白W sign 一進餐廳便看見...
經過大約3個小時車程,
一路上跟隨GPS 順利前來Muar Johor 那即將開張的W Cuisine !
是的, 12/10/15 - 6PM 正式營業! 營業時間暫時只是每天的6pm-11pm (Wed off)
Somersby 的apple cider beer 水果冰塊飲料最近在網上瘋傳!
酸酸甜甜帶點酒香, 一年四季夏天的馬來西亞適合到爆表!
W Cuisine 創辦人兼Main Chef Dean說,
本來只是炎熱午後自製給自己品嚐, 卻意外獲得網友喜愛...
而它也駐入W Cuisine 飲料Menu 之一, 未開幕卻已榮陞W Cuisine 人氣飲料!
水果冰塊融化了, 嘴巴癢癢咬取水果顆粒!
1.) W Amour Somersby RM17.50
接下來的是杯咖啡
2.) W Ice-Cube Coffee RM7.50
espresso 製成咖啡冰塊
將鮮奶倒入espresso 咖啡冰塊的杯子裡頭, 等待冰塊慢慢溶解, 由淡淡咖啡香慢慢轉濃...
不太會喝咖啡的朋友也很合適,
咖啡一旦轉濃可以繼續再倒入鮮奶以獲取你要的咖啡口味的平衡! 不喝咖啡的sister也稱讚!
3.) W Special Fruit Tea RM7.50
不會喝酒的朋友可以選擇這杯W Special Fruit Tea 取代Somersby 的apple cider beer 水果冰塊飲料過過隱! 水果佈滿杯上端^^
食物前來之前, 帶大家看看餐廳, 這是1樓餐廳interior;
有outdoor 的位置...
晚上吃份喜歡的晚餐再與友人小掬挺好的 ;)

4.) Seafood Aglio Olio 海鮮香蒜辣味意大利面 RM15.90
這道一開始吃會覺得好辣, 可是在吃幾口辣轉為小麻辣, 不太會吃辣的我覺得剛好!
Q彈的Sotong 會讓你有驚喜!
5.) Rosemary Cheezy Chicken Chop 迷失起司烤雞排 RM15.90
Dean 說雞肉有提前一天特別煙制, 讓雞肉粉紅保鮮更有嚼勁!
Cheese 圍繞著的香脆雞皮, 大愛!
6.) Hawaii Chicken Chop With Herbs 夏威夷香料香煎雞排 RM15.90
這道雞扒比較重口味，微撒檸檬汁於雞扒上與搭陪甜酸黃梨片剛剛好！
經過烘烤的香脆雞皮絕對讓你豎起拇指！
7.) Smoked Duck Carbonara 熏鴨奶香蛋黃意大利面 RM15.90
這道比較淡口味，少了每回吃意大利面的濃厚醬汁，
淡淡奶黃香搭配熏鴨，大愛！
私心多拍一張^^
8.) W Cowboy Bacon Cheese Burger W牛仔培根芝士堡 $14.90
芝士圍繞特製厚碎牛肉片搭配培根, 厚實!
sister說他喜歡這漢堡!
女孩如果像我一樣很難以咬這厚實漢堡, 可以讓貼心的服務生幫忙切半;)
9.) W Matcha Red Bean Smoothies RM12.50
濃郁抹茶冰沙好好喝！紅都也不過於甜，對我而言剛好！
**抱歉，在吃著漢堡同時這抹茶冰沙剛好抵達被忽略遲拍攝有點融化：P
10.) Classic Chocolate Banana Charcoal Toast 經典巧克力香蕉竹炭蜜糖吐司RM15.90
這甜點罷盤設計絕對讓女孩心動！

I didn't know that Muar has such a high-end looking cafe too. The ambience is lovely and food looks great.
